Civil services include planning, design, platting, surveying, permitting, specifications, contract administration, bidding assistance, contractor award recommendation, contract administration, construction observation, record drawings, final certifications for medical facilities, schools, post offices, airports, roadways water and sewer systems, lift and pump stations , sewage treatment plants and marinas.

DUC utilizes the latest available technology, in particular CADD systems. Our professionals achieve maximum utilization of the hardware and the software design and plan production running on high speed work stations. Our engineers coordinate the efforts of the design team assuring all issues are addressed. They are experienced with coordinating with the permitting with the appropriate jurisdictional agency, clients, municipal staff and other members of the project team.
